Embargo policy KBC Commercial Finance

KBC Commercial Finance is bound to consider the financial and trade embargoes, as enacted by ruling of the European Union and/or the Belgian legislator.

Moreover, KBC Commercial Finance follows a very strict policy regarding financial transactions with financial institutions, legal entities and individuals in Iran and Syria.

Concretely, this means that transactions with financial institutions, natural persons and legal entities from Iran and Syria are excluded from our contracts and this regardless of the currency.
